Here is the final, third chapter of Plans. I am already writing the sequel. As long as the world's best beta, gmta_nz, doesn't abandon me, more will come.

Because the third part of Plans became so long (16,000 words at this point), I have taken this very long story of the night Babylon re-opened and am posting it on its own. It is an interlude, from Justin's point of view. It takes place in the early fall, more or less, before the Christmas visit with which Plans opens.

It is not an entirely stand-alone story, but almost. I hope you enjoy it while I work on part 3.
