happier_bunny went with me, which was so nice of her as I don't have any family near me now, and on the television in the curtain area right next to me was the SVU episode with Gale Harold as a doctor on it. I'm not normally into the actors, but it was amusing to hear Brian Kinney's voice from the teevee saying stuff about genetics and creating a better race of humans.

Eventually Bunny had to leave, and I spent the rest of a noisy, miserable, uncomfortable night reading Myrna's tumor!fic on my Kindle. It's EXCELLENT reading for a hospital, in case you were wondering.
