Someone gave me permission to download a vid of theirs off YouTube, but I have to admit I don't know how. I Googled and it was a bit overwhelming. Anyone have some easy suggestions?

You only have to copy&paste the video URL and click Download. Then it gives you all the different formats in which you can download the video.

buzziecat.livejournal.com on October 2nd, 2011 09:48 pm (UTC)I'm not sure about downloading a YouTube video but you can see if it says Share anywhere under the vid. If it does, click on it and the Embed choice will show. You can copy it and embed the video on your Journal page and select Private so that it will show only to you.

mira986.livejournal.com on October 3rd, 2011 02:15 pm (UTC)You also have a YouTube downloader (I'm using that one for downloading videos). It's pretty easy to use, and you can also convert videos to mp3 files.
