Actually, I'm in Sacramento, but close enough. When's the parade? I'll try to make it over.

Parade is Sunday, our get together is Saturday. I just found out I have my nephew's birthday party at noon - should be brief, I just have to stop and give him his present wish him a happy day. I feel I owe him something since, unbeknownst to him, I borrowed heavily from his life to make Gus live in my story. ;)

So, early morning or lateish afternoon are best for me. I have to be somewhere at 8:30 pm.

I would love to join you all! I don't have many local SF friends, and always love to meet people that I know I already have at least a few things in common with!

I'm so looking forward to Pride weekend, last year we had a blast! It doesn't hurt that all the festivities are just a few short blocks from my apartment, either.

*ponders whether to put myself into a couple of thousand dollars of credit card debt for a cup of coffee in SF* *adds another grand to add trip to NY & Stockbridge* *thinks about the half a grand extra in interest payments and no perm job in sight* *sigh*
