OK, so someone convinced me I needed to re-read vamphile's You Bet Your Ass for research purposes in helping to categorize certain types of fiction. So because I'm a cooperative kind of person I went to bjfic.net to try to read it and IT'S GONE. Not the story, the website. It says On Hiatus.

I have never really used it to read anything other than vamphile and plumsuede's longer pieces, although I bet I have a few bookmarks to stories over there.  But... wwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh. What happened, does anyone know? Can we make it come back?

And I couldn't find "You Bet Your Ass" on vamphile's journal, is it anywhere?

Yeah, the bjfic site owner says: "The site may have periods of downtime over the next day or so, while I work on handing the site over to the new owners!" And a lot of the stories are unreachable for the moment.

Bwahahaha! Well if it makes you feel any better, I stayed up all night reading too...only to recall at about 8:30 a.m. just before I crashed for what I hoped would be awhile, that I had to take my father to a doctor's appointment at 11. So I got an hour and a half.

Ah well, perhaps that will help me get back on a reasonable bedtime tonight rather than my recent habit of reading until 3 or 4 or 6 or 8 a.m. before crashing.

Anyway, one can never have too many friends! I'm glad you enjoyed!
