Okay, I don't know what the issue is as I'm not a mod of that community, but it MIGHT be that you need to be approved first to be a member? I'm not sure! I know that the IJ mirror of the gift exchange community is open, so please sign up there -- all the gifts are posted on both comms, and you can sign up even if you don't have an IJ. :)
