Okay, they seriously should have extended Season 5 and used this fic as the script for their finale. Because, then I'd be able to actually watch it without sobbing and feeling unreasonable amounts of anger towards Cowlip and the writers.
(As it is now, I will never watch the farewell scene for Lindsey & Gus or the Mikey/Brian/Babylon scene again... But if I feel like torturing myself, I'll watch the final loft scene, but then replay the tuxedo fitting and tell myself it ended like that. Otherwise, it's all simply too painful.)
