It's true about leaving feedback on old fics.

For me, Sometimes I gush and give elaborate feedback, and then sometimes I don't, and usually someone's already said it already (and more articulatly/enthusiastically). LOL. I don't want to add to the... glut, if it's not going to be different, especially if the piece is getting a lot of feedback already, with a lot of 'guh', 'wow', 'omfg' or 'asdkljfalkdj'.

I'm not a reader that delves deep into characterisation, theme, message and meaning etc. etc. I'll read a lot of fics(/books) that vary in "quality", "plausibility" or just because I've committed to it. I have a really big grey area. It has to be pretty terrible (and my mood at the time) if I didn't even like it a little. So, it's not conducive to (extensive) feedback.
