How it Works:
You can submit your own icons, or nominate those made by others, but you may NOT nominate icons if you don't know who made them. Since LJ sucks like the last sucking thing etc., please post the icons, or links to the icons, on my InsaneJournal, here. If you don't have an InsaneJournal and don't want to make one, you can post it anonymously but you MUST MUST MUST include your LJ name in the post so I can find you. :)
Interpretation of the theme "Sexy and Seventeen" will be critical in my evaluation of the submitted and nominated icons. Humor, wit, hotness, political content, little digs against LJ or comments about censorship ... all these things are welcome, although ultimately, it's all about the Justin.
Icons must be of Justin during Season One up to and including episode 114, which is the Kip Thomas episode in which Justin says he's turning 18 the next day.
Icons can be made for this challenge or can be ones that were already made.
Icons can be of images from the show, promos, drawings, or manips. If working with drawings and manips, be very sure that the "Sexy and Seventeen," pre-115 theme is somehow reflected in your icon.
The scenes do not have to be sexually graphic but they do need to include, focus on, and feature Justin. Other characters can be included but Justin needs to be the focus.
Prizes:
Category One: To the makers of the three best icons as determined by me:
A permanent InsaneJournal account (see note below about substitute prizes and multiple awards).
Category Two: To the people who nominated the three best icons, if it wasn't the icon maker:
A permanent InsaneJournal account (see note below about substitute prizes and multiple awards).
Category Three: To the person who nominates the most icons NOT MADE BY THEM:
A permanent InsaneJournal account (see note below about substitute prizes and multiple awards).
Substitute Prizes and Multiple Awards:
Each person can win only one award in each category, so for example, if the same person made the icon I like best and the icon I like second best, I'm going to go on and pick another icon maker instead of giving two prizes to the same person in one category.
If an icon is chosen as one of the three best and was nominated by someone other than its maker, the nominator as well as the maker will get the same award. However, the nominator will still only receive one prize in that category, even if they nominated more than one winner.
If there is a tie in the "Most nominated icons" category, I will award the same prize to each winner.
If any winner doesn't want a permanent InsaneJournal account or already bought one, they can designate someone else to receive it on their behalf, or I'll make a $40 donation to the charitable organization of their choice as long as it's one that allows online donations. If I can't locate the iconmaker I will donate the $40 to my local animal shelter.
You can post questions here or on my InsaneJournal, but please, to protect yourselves, DO NOT post the icons or links to the icons here; post them on IJ which has statedthat they understand that if these images were illegal Showtime wouldn't be airing them kthnx that they don't have their heads up their asses.

Please post icons as either images or links to images HERE no later than 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, August 21, 2007. There will be a ten minute grace period. You may post multiple icons in one comment or link to multiple icons in one link.
